You won’t regret switching to the Michelin CrossClimate 2s. I’ve been running them year-round on my 2020 G01. I live in Montreal, and this is my third winter with these tires. I’ve never had any issues and even drove to Florida twice during the holiday season. Ride quality is awesome and the traction is great, even in deep snow.

Pros: awesome ride quality, great traction in snow
Vehicle: BMW X3

MICHELIN Tires

Great tires even though you won't use their potential. But they won't last. They are meant for performance.

Pros: great tires
Cons: won't last

Pirelli Tires

Pirelli P-zero RS ate my tire of choice now. I think them and the GP5000 are the two best choices from what I've used, with it really coming down to personal preference and whomever has a better sale

Pros: best choices

MICHELIN Tires

I put Michelin Pilot AS4s on my Subaru WRX in about Nov 2022. They were great for that winter. Since they're "ultra high performance all-weather" tires, I just planned on running them year-round. Come next winter, though - they were legit dangerous.

Pros: great for one winter
Cons: dangerous next winter
Vehicle: Subaru
