I’ve had my CC2 for just over 20k and have had zero issues. Still great wet & dry traction. Also, smooth and quiet on the highway.

Pros: great wet & dry traction
Cons: zero issues
Mileage: 32000 km

BRIDGESTONE Tires

From a drive to work yesterday at about 24 deg F on Bridgestone Blizzak WS90 winter tires = 2.9 mi/kwh. The Blizzaks are very grippy. Next time I need new tires, im going to try the Nokian hakkapeliitta r5. I think I read somewhere they have a better efficiency.

Pros: very grippy
Cons: lower efficiency
Vehicle: BMW

I run Goodyear F1 Eagles in the summer, and in late October swap over to 3PMSF all-season Michelin cross-climates. The all-seasons have a much better wear tolerance for the occasions where we have 15C in the middle of winter. My Audi only has about 320 BHP, but in the snow / ice, I do not want to be using summer tyres. Equally in the summer, I want to be able to push it on rural roads in Devon without trashing all-seasons.

Pros: better wear tolerance, good in snow/ice
Vehicle: Audi

The cross climates don’t have best grip for handling but are ok … but they are just safer in colder weather especially with kids in the car.

Pros: safer in cold weather
Cons: not best handling grip

Been on 32mm pro 5’s since August and I’ve been very impressed for using them for general riding. In terms of endurance tires they feel incredibly fast and grippy. No punctures even though they are on the lighter end of endurance tire offerings.

Pros: fast and grippy, no punctures

Mióta megvan az autó (3 éve) négyévszakos abroncsok vannak alatta. Először Hankook volt, tavaly kapott Michelin Crossclimate gumikat.

Mentem már vele tükörjégen, szakadó hóesésben, most a letakarítatlan 20 centis hóban is. Nem mondom, hogy itt-ott nem csusszant meg, de nem volt eddig semmi gond vele.

Pros: nem volt semmi gond
Cons: itt-ott nem csusszant

A few months ago I replaced an old set of [Panracer Gravel King Slick+] 35mm and butyl tubes with the [Michelin Pro5] 35mm with TPU tubes.

Very happy with the performance, they genuinely feel faster, which they are according to [bicyclerollingresistance] they are.

Pros: genuinely feel faster
Cons: pain to fit, measure small

I’d go with the Michelin Defenders. I bought a set of Michelin X Tour A/S 2s (Costco version of Defender 2s) back in April 2023, and after almost 3 years and 70k miles, there’s still plenty of tread left on them. They’ve lasted twice as long as my previous tires now, even with regular rotations.

Pros: long lasting, plenty of tread
Mileage: 112654 km

I have used Road 6 and currently riding T32’s. Haven’t gotten a chance on the T33’s. If they are anything like the 32’s, you can’t really go wrong with either. My only gripe with the Road 6 is that many people hyped them up (where I live) so I was disappointed in the longevity. I think I got 13k miles out of them?

Pros: can’t really go wrong
Cons: disappointed in longevity
Mileage: 20921 km

My experience is they are noisy and don\u2019t wear evenly unless you rotate religiously every 3000-5000 miles. I drive a 4WD truck, but I find the Michelin Defender M/S2 to be a better tire.

Pros: better tire
Cons: noisy, uneven wear
Mileage: 8047 km
