Kumho PA31.

They’re my go-to for my dailies. Fairly priced, great wet performance and they’re pretty sticky and predictable on curvy roads. Currently have some on mine and they’ve seen several autocross weekends, mountain carving nights and are comfortable and pretty quiet during long drives and commuting while retaining good life.

Pros: great wet performance, fairly priced

They are great value for the price. I put them on my VW after the Bridgestone (very noisy) wore out. These have a better, quieter, luxury ride.

Pros: quieter, luxury ride
Cons: Bridgestone very noisy
Vehicle: Volkswagen

Ko2 = great on rocks and most trails. Pretty bad if the trail will get muddy and clog up the tread blocks. <10k miles relatively quiet. 10k-40k loud Nearly indestructible though even with lots of sharp rocks. Neve punctured one. Lots of balancing problems. Thank 4wheelparts for free rotate and balance. AT3W= Similar experience in most terrain. Maybe mildly better on packed snow but id say it's a wash. Quieter over all for highway driving mine have about 30k on them now.

Pros: great on rocks, indestructible
Cons: bad in mud, balancing problems
Mileage: 40000 km

BFGoodrich Tires

Just wanted to put this out there on my experience with the BF Goodrich Advantage Control tires I purchased from Costco. Bought the BFG tires with 60k on my car. I now have 118k. At 110k I noticed a roaring sound coming from my front end and thought it might be a front wheel bearing. Not the case. Noticed that on the outside tread of all the tires, about every third knobby, was worn greater than the others. Always maintained the proper PSI and rotated every 5k miles.

Cons: roaring sound, uneven wear
Mileage: 118000 km

BFGoodrich Tires

If you have an electric car or plug-in, the BF Goodrich are complete ass. I’ve been noticing my experience and other owners of different brands that our range has dropped more than 20%.

Cons: range dropped more than 20%
