If you’re really worried about it, Falken Wildpeaks are the GOAT for All Terrain tires with very very good performance in wet and snow
Everyone has their own favorite brand. I've only ever driven Honda cars and over the years I've had General Altimax Arctic, Michelin X-ice, and Bridgestone Blizzak. Of those my favorite are the Blizzak, but the difference between the brands are not that big.
currently running 265/70/18 Falken Wildpeak AT3’s, will most likely be upgrading to 275/70/18 Toyo RT Trail tires, unless I can confirm that 285/70/18’s will fit with no rub.
Bridgestone Blizzaks have served our Outback well.
Highly recommend Blizzak WS90's
If you are a Costco member find the tires you want through them and then contact Discount Tire via chat and they will price match the Costco out the door price. I bought a set of Bridgestone tires for my F250 and it saved me a couple of hundred dollars.
I went with falken FK460 silent core (which is with ev foam). I like them so far and was about 1100 out the door (installed, balanced and tax and all).
I went through a set of Blizzaks in a year. I drove like 20k miles and didn’t change them in the summer.
Just after 22,000 miles on the factory Bridgestones. My tires already needed to be replaced. 5/32 tread life left but I also had some inner tire wear going on.
First set dry rot within 2yr and the other had irreparable sidewall chunk damage within 5k miles. Terrible quality on that model.
