Im stage 2+ running a .028 if i run any larger of a gap I get these weird misfires under wide open throttle. Kinda feels like the clutch slipping but its not.

Pros: good performance at .028
Cons: misfires at larger gap

I've always used NGK in my hondas and never had any problems. They're OEM equipment on most (if not all) imports so I would recommend you just stick with what works.

Pros: no problems

As for the BKR7E's. It's proven that .028 gap is what you want with a stage 1 or 2 setup, and 0.032 for stock. No need to experiment. I've used these plugs on both factory coils and my current setup (OEM Bosch B7 2.0T coils) with no issues.

Pros: no issues, works with different coils
Part number: BKR7E

I installed the BKR7E gapped to .028 with no issues. My vehicles seem to favor NGK more than Denso.

Pros: no issues, vehicles favor NGK
Part number: BKR7E

I'm running PFR7Bs. I get a misfire or 3 here and there, only during low load low speed acceleration. I've got R8 coils too. Not sure if the RFD makes them occur any more frequently than they otherwise would, but I'm not worried about it.

Cons: occasional low speed misfire
Part number: PFR7B

Plugs I use Platinum plugs on my tuned 1.8t .I tried using bk7re's 3 or 4 times and each time the car ran like crap. I gapped at 028,tried 030 .The engine made less power up top every time by a difference of 2/3 psi.

Pros: hold boost exceptionally well
Cons: engine made less power
