Had a Koyo on mine, it was perfect and kept the car cool year round in Southern California even in the canyons on 100+ degree days. It also handled track days without a hiccup
I have a Koyo on my car and have no complains. I do tracks days and have never had any overheating issues.
I bought the Mishimoto one about 20k miles ago and have had zero issues with overheating or leakage.
I've had a ZJ fan clutch in my XJ for about 10 years and it's been fine without any modifications. Somehow I got away with it fitting in mine with a Proliance Heatbuster radiator and then again when I switched that radiator out for a Mishimoto.
The Mishimoto mk3 aluminum radiator is pretty close to the weight of the OEM plastic end tanked radiator.
Looks like overall fitment of the Mishimoto radiator was clean and straight.
The inline Moroso filler neck will be welded to my Mishimoto radiator
Koyo is what I'm using. Quality stuff. I'd highly recommend.
I have heard mixed reviews on the Mishimoto
I bought a Mishimoto upgraded radiator. As far as I could find at the time, the only major concern about the Mishimoto radiator was that they had a penchant for leaking at the quick-connects machined into the inlet and outlet.
