Go for a Koyo and never look back.
I would bite the bullet and buy a Mishimoto all aluminum radiator that is literally plug and play, its way better than stock and there's no plastic to crack.
I have Mishimoto radiators in both my Miata and E36 and I haven’t had a single issue with either one.
Have had no issues w my Mishimoto radiator and it's been on my car for 2 years.
Replaced it with mishimoto and haven't looked back. Holds much more coolant that OEM and does a much better job cooling.
just replaced rad and all soft and hardlines with oem hoses and koyo rad. gives me a lot of reassurance in this LA heat. Great upgrade
The Koyo Rad needs it's own custom cap as the OEM won't fit but man does track city daily without issue and fits OEM fans it's a must have.
Mishimoto, despite it being overpriced, does not have plastic parts.
Two months ago I installed a Mishimoto radiator. Now im consistently mid 190's, temp goes to 205 regularly, and then fans come on and cools back down.
I have a mishimoto radiator and it never gets up to operating temperature, so the engine runs too cold (really bad). I had to put in an air dam to get it to warm up in 15 minutes.
