Engine oil LIQUI MOLY or OEM FORD
I use LiquiMoly 2332, it’s a 5W-40. Works great for me.
Mobil1 Truck and SUV 0W-20 or Liqui Moly Special Tec 0W-20. I've noticed that Liqui Moly really quiets the valvetrain down. 2016 GX460.
I walnut blasted my intake ports and valves at 44K miles, myself. The intake portsand valves were not too bad, but there was definitely buildup on them and was glad i cleaned them.
Currently running it in my B7 S4 with no problems.
I always use liqui-moly leichtlauf 5w40.
Liqui-Moly Molygen 5w40 every 3k-ish miles for me. I like Castrol, just prefer the LM. The quality is supposed to be fantastic.
Liqui Moly has some green stuff I put in my euro cars. It's pretty cool for finding leaks.
On a side note, if anyone really wants to see what their oil change interval should be, just get an actual oil sample analysis done. Per the lab reports, I can get 8k miles on quality synthetics and still have a good safe margin for oil life.
Ford is telling me to change oil at my Focus every year or every 15000km (9300 miles)
Liquimoly 5w40. That stuff is money. Used to use Castrol in my RS4 but constantly was consuming between changes. Switched to Liquimoly and it stopped. Now i use it in all my vehicles including my bike. I just wait til NAPA has em for half price as they do right now then buy jugs. Just changed the Golf.
