I have the stage 1 F1 kit on my VR6 and also my 8v (G60 trans using this VR6 kit), it is a genuine Sachs pressure plate and TOB, only the disc is Japanese. The disc is made by ASCO, which is Aisin the same people who made several transmissions for VW/Audi. You are not getting junk by any means, the products are OEM brands.

Pros: OEM brands, genuine Sachs

Sachs Clutch kit

Okay, transmission of power; I found a heavy duty Sachs clutch kit, it has 20% increased clamping force. Pressure plate, clutch disc, throwout bearing, push rod, bushing and seal, clutch cable and all new bolts, and the release arm just in case.

Pros: increased clamping force
Vehicle: Volkswagen

LUK clutch kits are great. VW uses two companies for OEM clutches, LUK and SACHS. There is no difference between the two other then the name.

Pros: clutch kits are great
Cons: no difference between names

Luk Clutch kit

Its not a bad clutch kit for the price, perfect for a chipped car. Just not meant as a performance clutch, the disc will fail 1st.

Pros: good for chipped car
Cons: disc will fail first
