Brake pads Brembo or EBC
I'm currently running EBC yellows which have done me well for daily use(if you don't mind the dust), Autobahn driving, and on Spa and the Nurburgring.
EBC Blue Stuff on stock rotors for me. Zero regrets. Everything I own gets EBC blue stuff from now on. Incredible grip. Very low dust that rinses away. I didn\u2019t know brakes could be like this and I\u2019ve driven hundreds of thousands of miles on all sorts of brakes. I am not tracking them, but my everyday drives bear some similarities.
The brakes that come with the performance package have plenty of stopping power and never leave you wanting for more.
I replaced mine with EBC red. Same as OEM to me, good stopping power. Less dust to deal with.
EBC brakes from [perfectbrakes.com](http://perfectbrakes.com) are great. Ultimax is my recommendation for low dust and great performance.
I went with EBC RED. noticeably softer. Perfect for the street. Don't get them if you track.
I've been using my SR11s for nearly a year now for few trackdays and some street events. I'm getting tired of SR11s downhill usage more and more since it won't hold and lose brakes so I have to be really careful. Also it seems a bit inconsistent for daily usage/semi-fast touge style drives. Some days it's the best thing ever but somedays it feels like the brake pad is dead.
I'm at just about 25,000 miles and the brakes are starting to feel a little worn out. I'm thinking of upgrading the pads (rotors aren't in the budget right now) and was looking at the EBC Redstuff ones. Probably shoulda gone with the power stops but since it’s a small upgrade I figured the extra money is worth it.
I had yellowstuffs on my e46 330i and they were gone within 3 days on track. Swapped to Pagid RSL1/29 (Front/Rear) after and never looked back
I blew through my EBCs on my VB super fast at the Glen.
