I have DBA t2 Rotors with their street ceramic pads. Great for street and does well in curvy canyons. I like them a lot, even coming from Stoptech slotted with sport pads. way less brake dust with ceramic pads.

Pros: great for street, less brake dust

If you’re going to replace the front rotors, I recommend going with some coated rotors, like Brembo 09.C306.11, to prevent rusted rotors where the brake pads don’t make contact.

Pros: prevent rusted rotors
Part number: 09.C306.11

Brembo are OEM on most AMGs from the 63/45 lineups. The Brembo front rotors for the CLA45 aren’t terribly expensive ($400) compared to the bigger brakes on the 63s.

Pros: relatively inexpensive, OEM quality

I’ve been using Brembo for my E39. Just be careful that there are lower tier for Brembo, it is still original Brembo but without anti-corrosion coating. It got corroded after a month or so. The one that got coated is slightly more expensive but I’d go for that next time.

Pros: good quality, original Brembo
Cons: corroded quickly, uncoated
Vehicle: BMW

Looks sharp, but remember slotted and drilled rotors are really pretty worthless in most cases until you get to really aggressive track only brake pads at extremely fast advanced level pace (or race pace).

Cons: worthless in most cases
