Am facut uber o perioada. Am avut in acea perioada Crossclimate 2 care au dus onorabil orice drum pt 50.000km.
Owner reviews for tires
Michelin does have all season Pilot Sport tires. I have these on my A4 Quattro and they are amazing, as were the previous versions I had before. I had plenty of tread on the previous tires with 35k miles, but they were replaced because of a hole in a sidewall. The grip is excellent in dry, rain, and cold weather and they have little road noise.
Ford for one had al tyres of the same spec ! My ecosport came with 205/60 r16 for all the 5 !
my biggest complaint, and probably my only real one, is the road noise. The interior can be pretty loud, especially on the freeway. I’m fairly confident that most of this comes down to the stock tires, because otherwise the car feels tight and well put together.
I just had mine upgraded from OE to Michelin Crossclimate2 with the $80 Michelin discount. So far so good.
The Goodyear Assurance WeatherReady2 won Tire Rack's first place overall rating last year. The weaknesses of this tire are noise and fuel economy, and even in those areas, their performance is above average. Excellent heat/cold, wet/dry/snow performances on track and on skid pad testing.
pirelli stottozero.
I had the CC2’s on my Explorer, to replace the OEM tires. They handle great, and are excellent in the snow, but they were very loud, and got louder as they wore, I also noticed a significant reduction in gas mileage, 15-20% depending on season. I eventually swapped them for what is essentially the Pirelli version of the same tire. They are called the Scorpion WeatherActive and were far and away better than the Michelins on my vehicle. Gas mileage went back to normal and they were much quieter.
I’ve had both on my car here in Michigan, the CC2 was awful on packed snow and ice, especially the braking distance. I had them removed because both me and my wife hated them. Yes, they were noisy and very inefficient too.
Nokian WRG3s were the loudest tire I've owned by far when worn, even louder than the cheap studded winters that replaced them. Also had tons of dryrot at 4 yrs old.
