I just ordered a set of tires + rims from Quattro Tire.

This is probably the 8th order from them over the years. Shipping takes about a week, arrives via courier to your door.

New tires are Cooper Discoverer Stronghold AT 285/75R17, which have a 129 load rating (4,080lbs) and only weigh 56lbs. They are 11.2” wide so hopefully don’t rub like the BFG’s (will be installed next week), and weighing 10lbs less per tire is a big difference which will help the MPG. And a 60k mile warranty is nice.

Radim oko 100Kkm godisnje. Vozim taxi u Zg. Imam 2 seta guma za godinu. Zimske i ljetne. Svakih 20-25Kkm selim gume naprijed nazad. Gume su uvijek neka srednja klasa. Uniroyal, hakook, kumho itd.

Uzeo Goodyear Eagle F1, zadovoljan skroz , ne čuju se fino prijanjaju.

Vezano za gume, ne treba ti premium klasa. Na autocesti sam par puta tjedno s mid range Nexen gumama i osim ako vozim 200+ po kiši u zavoju sasvim se normalno ponašaju.

Falken a/t al l day long aired up to 50 psi 3500 ram dually. 50k miles on them.

Just got a set of Seasonproof 1's. Stamped (4823) made in China. will report back if they rot.

Yeah, the OEM Avid GT tires are pretty generic. I have them on my 21 Outback. They don't have a lot of tread life. I'm getting close to 36k mark and they are due for replacement.

I hate them. Awful in rain and snow.
