BRIDGESTONE Tires

I once drove down birch road on a bad ice day with my blizzaks on, EIGHT cars had slid off into the steep ditches some in chain reactions to others getting stuck or losing traction, even a tow truck was already stuck, but I was able to idle on through with plenty of traction on blizzaks. They are cheaper than a deductible and physical health and safety is priceless. If you can afford them buy them.

Pros: plenty of traction, idled through ice, safety

Nokia Tires

The OEM Michelins on my ‘23 lasted just under 30k miles - replaced with 255/70R18 Nokian Outpost nAT (32.1 in). Relatively obscure tire so I’m curious to see how they are. I’m hoping given Nokian’s rep for winter tires that these perform well in the snow this ski season.

Pros: perform well in snow
Mileage: 48280 km

BRIDGESTONE Tires

I run Blizzaks all winter on 18" wheels. I ended up with those because when I bought the vehicle in Nov 2015 I asked for snow tires, because Alaska. Well, the dealer didn't have any in 20", in fact the whole town was sold out of them. The dealer made us a deal with new wheels and snow tires in 18". It has been handy, my husband swaps them in the driveway and I'm only on my second set of Blizzaks.

Pros: handy, good longevity

MICHELIN Tires

On our second set with the Honda Pilot. Best tires ive ever owned. We live on the side of the mountain in Chugiak and drive the icy highway all the time. Deep snow, glare ice, no problem.

Not having to do seasonal tire changeover ever again is so nice

Pros: best tires ever, handles deep snow/ice, no seasonal changeover
Vehicle: Honda Pilot

Get some CrossClimates great snow ready all-seasons. I had them on an AWD car when I lived on a rural island in the PNW. We had no snow plow except the neighbors little john deere.

Mine lasted 35K miles before I replaced them. Worst tires I have ever had on a vehicle. The ride quality changed dramatically when I replaced them and I realized how shit they were.

Pros: ride quality changed dramatically
Cons: worst tires ever

The worst tier that I have ever purchased. I had these put on my Alfa Romeo Stelvio, The tire noise is horrible, there is a lot of humming noise at high way speed, and it vibrates between 75 - 90 mph, i have done countless balancing and even tested the road force, the steering wheel vibration persists.

Cons: horrible tire noise
Vehicle: Alfa Romeo
