The AS Pilot Sport 4’s (not to get confused with Pilot Sport 4S) are are almost up to par with Michelin X-Ice in the snow and are amazing in dry conditions.

Pros: amazing in dry conditions

I did replace with wildpeaks on my Crosstrek and I have to say they're 10/10, would buy again. No additional road noise, handles well on the road, and significantly better performance off the pavement.

Pros: no additional road noise, handles well

Michelin tires are a softer rubber than Bridgestone tires. This means that Michelin tires will give you a slightly better grip on the road, but the trade off is tire life/wear.

Pros: better grip on road
Cons: tire life/wear

With that said, I got the Michelin Defender LTX for my car and I've never experienced better traction, especially during rain and a 2-3 inches of water on the road. You barely even feel it.

Pros: better traction

Nokia Tires

Just an update, I managed to find 2 sets of Nokian Haka R3 a few hours prior to my trip to Leavenworth, WA. Got out of two snow storms without a problem. These tires are bomb!

Pros: tires are bomb

Been running these on my JKU for three years now. They tend to get much louder as they age. They're great in snow, but not very good on ice or even wet roads.

Pros: great in snow
Cons: louder as they age
Vehicle: Jeep

Pirelli Tires

My Mustang came with those and I do not recommend driving on them at below +5c degrees. I drove at 1-2 degrees and the car felt very loose and slidy when turning, even at lower speeds.

Pros: came with the car
Cons: felt very loose
