OP, you do not need to do this at a dealer to get a quality product. You can have a qualified independent perform the service with an Aisin timing belt kit (they supply the original parts to the Honda Motor Co) for a lot less than a dealer is going to charge. The end result will be the same product for less.

Pros: quality product, original parts, good value

I have used the aisen kits for almost a decade. They are very good quality & manufactured with high quality Japanese parts . Yes , they are more expensive. Make no mistake , aisen kits are the best timing kits you can buy

Pros: very good quality
Cons: more expensive

OEM Subaru Timing belt kit

I paid around $240 for an oem Subaru timing belt kit with new water pump/tensioners/pulleys/seals from bam. Then bought a few jugs of coolant from Walmart for 60$. the shop around me charges 450 for install. Also the oem radiator is made by denso . You can get it off rockauto for 110$.

Cons: overpriced install
