Castrol Engine oil

A few years back I picked up an S65 engined M3 (E90) after work on a Friday. I hit the 155mph limiter that night, Sunday morning it was doing track duty. In 3 years and 50,000 miles it had 3 oil changes and the 1qt of Castrol Edge TWS I kept in the trunk for top-ups still had some oil in it!

Pros: low oil consumption, good for track use
Vehicle: BMW
Mileage: 80467 km
Part number: EDGE TWS

Pros: almost no burn off, valve cover spotless
Vehicle: Volkswagen
Mileage: 8047 km
Part number: VMO 5W40
