I'm stage 3+ on e70. I was using 0w30 top tec liqui moly until stage 3 when I switched to 5w40 top tec.

I've used liqui moly top-tec 4200 5/30 on mine for the past few years, no problems.

Buy Castrol Edge engine oil for your Mazda 2.5, but do get the Mazda transmission oil.

as long as it meets the VW 508 00/509 00 specification, it'll be fine which I think is 0w-20 and I \\*think\\* 5w-20

don't go beyond that, while it \\*may\\* not fuck the engine up, those 1.4Ts are REALLY picky (I had one in my Jetta Hybrid and anything past 5w-20 and she was angry )

The 701 had an oil leak and died once luckily only once electrically. It ran hot and would boil the gas in my aftermarket Aux tank which caused low fuel. And it wore out back tires real fast lol.
