I had my alternator go out on me at 165,000 KM on my audi S3 2015, got a rebuild for half the price of a brand new one and since it's a rebuild the warranty on it is for 2 years. Paid roughly 500 bucks and 100 for labor.
Best has been new Bosch or Delco-Romy from jobber stores. Never had one of those fail yet.
For hpw old your car is, and the price of these boys in the photo, id go to your local autozone and get their alternator, simply because they come with a lifetime warranty
Denso, nippon, aisin are the only brands you should be looking at for an acura.
I think I put a Bosch 145 on my 01 5.3 and it’s been a non issue
+1 for Denso. Friend of mine got a used Mitsubishi alternator for his Murano with slightly higher Amp rating (doesn't matter, just means it will handle load better).
Learn who makes OEM! I buy aftermarket 22 years in trade. I just find who makes what and buy oem quality

Finally, ordered a duralast Alternator which is expected to be delivered tomorrow.
Years ago when I worked at the green guys, I went through 5 alternators for my W126 Mercedes with the 4.2 V8. It was like it would work for a month or two and then shit out.
7 alternators in a row. Wouldnt charge. Or only charged for like a minute.
