I have a 2006 4Runner with almost 350,000 miles on it. Solid as a rock. All I do is change the oil and occasionally replace the break pads.

Nope, I will not complete the fuel pump recall on your corolla until you empty the back seat.
I just bought a 2025 Camry in September. I did my first oil change at 1200 miles and my second at 2500 miles. The first time I changed it, I added a magnetic plug. Quite a bit of fine metal was on the plug at the second change. Next change will be at 5000 and every 5000 after that.
yeah they make good stuff. My last one id top up the oil when it got low never did an oil change had it for 5 years went like a boss. But yeah got a newer smaller better toyota.
Bout to hit 300k tomorrow on my 2012 and I’ll I’ve ever replaced is the radiator and a transmission sensor. All the pulleys are oem
Yea. Also. 17+. Has hill assist for getting rolling uphill which is a nice option.\n\nOtherwise. It’s good as long as you keep up on the maintenance.. I bought a 15’ with 120k miles and did all the major recent work when I got it and it’s a great car\n\nHandles well in the rain even on those stock tires n wheels. Good. OG 86 car…
FWIW when I had to replace the alternator on my 2008 last summer, the dealer only had OEM Toyota remans. The first one had a bad regulator or something and was clicking like crazy out of the box. They exchanged it no questions but said that's nearly never happened. Next one has been fine.
Some modern headlights performance is poor, I assume due to getting the price down to a price point where HID / LED can go in every trim, not just the top trim. Toyota's are known for purple fringing, Tesla is known for excessive glare.
Early models have head gasket... issues.
Headlights started fogging up last summer, then came back foggy again. The seal around the entire headlights were peeling apart and cracks along all plastic pieces. About a month ago the LEDs and DRL started flickering/ flashing. This happened at 110,000 miles.
