Ended up buying OEM plugs from the parts counter, they're not cheap, engine purred after that, no problem.

You only need 4 so might as well go spark plugs that Nissan GTR uses
My SO's Sentra is rated to 100k.... It's at 100k and 8 years of driving and they're still functioning completely fine.
Installed new plugs. Probably took 30 minutes - very simple - thanks Nissan! The original plugs which I am embarrassed to say went 123K miles came out very easy so I saw no need.
