Reviews of NGK spark plug

I use NGK's, and they seem to do just fine.

Oil change every 5-7k miles Mobile 1 European Formula (0w-40) Seafoam every 5-6 months New NGK Laser Platinums Plugs (500mi ago) 1 new coil

I run the DCPR8EIX and they are great. No need for 9's for me.

NGK are a good spark plug brand.

NGK plugs have never failed me at my shop. I'm pretty sure they're NGK 3199 plugs

i changed the plugs out for oem replacement NGK plugs (it had bosch platimun +2 in it) and a set of wires. and it ran just fine it was fixed. i then decided to swap my other coilpack back in and it ran fine no issues at all.

I put in NGK PFR7B plugs and R8 coil packs. Smoothed the idle out and judging by the butt dyno the rev/boost response seems great.

I run stock NGK with .026 gap as well and I've been anywhere from 10-18psi

I put in NGK PFR7S8EG plugs and man the car ran like absolute CRAP when it was cold. It ran fine, even great when it warmed up but it was so bad when cold that it was virtually un-driveable especially under moderate or hard throttle. I ended up putting the old plugs (Bosch platinum/iridium) back in because it was so bad.

I have replaced the four spark plugs with properly gapped VW (NGK) plugs and still the #2 misfires cold and randomly thereafter. The original ones looked quite normal actually - chocolaty brown. Very little wear and a .032" gap.
