Everything went together without much issue. I used a Luk OEM dual mass flywheel along with the TT-RS disc and pressure plate. Had to drill out the holes for the dowels on the pressure plate just a bit but other than that, no surprises.

The 065 is basically like a stock clutch kit. I have the 065 behind my 01' XJ 4.0L linked with an ax-15.
Ordered the LuK RS4 Clutch Kit from ECS tuning.
I pulled and replaced a low mileage Sachs for a LUK. The Luk sure seemed to be a higher quality part.
I just installed a Luk "rep set" clutch kit with a brand new flywheel and it has been excellent so far, Luk was the oem for VW and my original clutch/flywheel/disc/throwout bearing were ALL marked "Luk" on them. I can confidently; recommend Luk if you want to stick with the stock clutch assembly. The original clutch has the quietest and smoothest clutch feeling, original style performance.
A single mass is a good replacement for the garbage DMF. you will get a lot more clutch chatter (especially noticeable idling in neutral), but a much more reliable part, and better rev response due to lower weight.
I have not personally tried them myself, but have read that they are good OEM flywheels.
I put the LUK kit on and now the car works beautifully!!!!!!! My vote goes with LUK
LUK clutch kits are great. VW uses two companies for OEM clutches, LUK and SACHS. There is no difference between the two other then the name.
