Yup. Love them on my 987.1.

I have girodisc’s on my 981 cayman, they are fantastic rotors, I started off with DS2500 pads but I used up >50% of all the pads in one track weekend at road Atlanta, I’ve got another event this weekend but I’m running DS1.11 this time around.
Absolutely love my girodiscs. I’m on DS2500s which its time for an upgrade to a more aggressive pad, but they’ve held up through quite some heat lol.
Went from OEM to Girodisc 350mm. All street, no track. By far the best upgrade I have done to my 991.2 C4.
Go with the Giro's and leave them on permanently. Better cooling and braking and cheaper to replace just the discs (2 piece rotor) on future replacement.
GiroDisc 2 piece rotors. Excellent weight saving and stopping power.
I rebuilt the RS3 calipers in Lapiz Blue and ended up using TT-RS Girodisc rotors due to the Golf R hub being a slightly different offset. Great pedal feel!
As others have noted the Girodisc with quality track pads, upgraded brake fluid and RS3 ducts is all that is needed.
S2000 1 piece oem rotors last 2 weekends
Girodisc s2000 oem size 2 piece rotors lasted me almost 2 years of heavy tracking. They only died because my hawk er1 pads took a chunk out of one. They still had plenty of thickness
Girodisc rotors are awesome and well proven across many vehicle brands.
