Reviews of APR ignition coil

Installed APR coils with NGK lasers in January. No issues here since.

I tried running them with the stock plugs awhile back and ended up with random misfires. Pulled them off and put the stock coils back on…no more misfires.

Please get rid of those APR Ignition Coils and RS7 Spark Plugs. You are most likely encountering the misfiring from those alone.

Did mine recently, with new APR coils and more performance oriented NGK plugs.

I'd recommend getting rid of those APR coils before tuning, they cause so many headaches

DO NOT BUY APR COIL PACKS they are fun but life of It them are terrible stay stock!

APR coils lasted almost a year (5/6000 miles) when I pushed it and let go of the pedal. CEL would flash and random cylinders misfire.

As stated APR coils are know to not be as good as OE/OEM. I have seen a lot of people with APR coils chasing misfires and the replace with OEM and it’s fixed. Even with new APR this has happened.

My tuned 17' R has had RS7 plugs and APR coils for awhile without issue, but I'm ready for a new set.

I have 75K on my CC Sport with APR Stage1+ Tune. I recently changed my plugs and put APR coils in not sure if got any real power but the car feels so much better. At $27 a coil why not use APR?
