K&N Oil filter

If you're vehicle manufacturer has an extended change interval then this filter will work with that. Some Porsches have 20,000 mile changes intervals and this filter is able to last that interval. Do the oil change as is recommended by your manufacturer. The K&N oil filters are killer and treat your car well.

Pros: long lasting, good quality
Vehicle: Porsche
Mileage: 20000 km

Mobil Engine oil

I do all my own work and the oil changes are either 10k miles or yearly, usually yearly. I'm not too concerned about the exact date but basically every spring the cars get an oil change, air filter and cabin air filter.

Pros: yearly oil change
Vehicle: Porsche
Mileage: 16093 km

OEM Porsche Headlights

Our Taycan is Mamba green and we park in front of a hedge in Germany (same license-plate-layout). My heart skipped a beat and another one.

Sorry for your loss mate.

Pros: Mamba green Taycan
Cons: heart skipped a beat

Rating 4.0

I once read a while ago that some Porsche Cayenne headlights are supposedly very good for growing weed. They used to get stolen regularly, I've heard about several cases here in Germany.

Pros: headlights good for growing
Cons: headlights get stolen

OEM Porsche Windshield
ZGTI61
  • Clarity:
Rating 3.0

I actually had this happen to a customer with a 911. Safelite came to do the windshield with OEM Porsche glass ordered from us and everything went fine. Customer picks it up and drives it home but comes back next morning. Sure enough, there is a big wave in the glass right about eye level.

Pros: OEM Porsche glass
Cons: big wave in glass
Vehicle: Porsche 911

Nissens AC compressor
ClutchCorrell
  • Engagement:
Rating 1.0

Auto AC compressor with slow leak was replaced with a new Nissens unit. New drier installed, system properly evacuated and charged with factory 134a fill. System tested perfectly. Shortly thereafter, AC non-operable. Static pressure still tests fine, but compressor doesn’t kick on when called. Visual inspection reveals clutch cover missing along with one of six rubber inserts

Pros: system tested perfectly initially
Cons: AC non-operable, clutch cover missing
Vehicle: Porsche Cayman
