Tires YOKOHAMA or BFGoodrich

The Geolanders are my favorite, I don't do much off road or inclement weather for that matter any more but I love the way they stick to the road.

I've enjoyed Yokos on a Sienna AWD for the ride comfort. Driving is 95% city/hwy, 5% gentle offroad (graded forest roads, snow <6", etc.) They tend to get a little noisey as they are at their last 20% of life and a full life is closer to 50k mi than the rated 60k.

Get urself some 33" BFG KO2s. You won't regret it

I have been driving all sorts of cars for 30 years and I have NEVER met a tire that is as well behaved on dry, wet, and snowy roads. I was all in on that statement, but the Yokohama Geolander has made me rethink that.

It does everything I need it to do.

Dry - The tire is precise, predictable, and quiet. It feels like I could panic swerve and the tire would not turn to mush.

Wet - I have never felt the tire nearing departure.

Snow - Even at near end of life, at 6/32ths of an inch, it did really well.

Currently running bf Goodrich ko2s, 245/65/17 slight rub at full lock when in reverse. (Just melted and made some space in the wheel well with no probs) loved em in the snow, mud, rain, and just daily driving

I’ve got the Geolandars on mine. They are great in the rain and smooth on tarmac at highway speeds. Haven’t had my snow to test with.

I have the Ascend LX as my summer set but I couldn't quite find a direct comparison talking about the LX compared to the GT The LX's are supposed to have been rated for 85K, but they're already at 6/32s after 25K. Other than that I haven't had much of an issue with them

I got KO2s because everyone raved about the "triple peak" snow performance. Both sets of mine sucked ass in the snow.
