Tires Toyo or Pirelli

Loved the Toyos

I’m on my second set of Toyo AT3s. They’ve worked great for me.

I got my set of Toyo AT IIIs on and balanced for 1100 without a spare I love them seems like its a good deal on them but I bought them 70% bc they look good so its not very compelling

Before my 22 Tiguan SE R Line died from oil issues I put 4 new Pirelli AS Plus 3 tires from Mavis Tire. I liked the tires for the time I had them before October when I got rid of the car.

I am loving my Toyo open country AT3 EVs. Wearing great after 7k miles and .25 mi/kwh range improvement.

Pirelli Scorpion AS Plus 3 has been fantastic on my Tiguan as well as my CX5

My 2018 got about 55k miles on the OEM Toyos

I got just under 30k before changing. There was still maybe 5k of tread left to the wear bars on the worst one but I was going on a long trip and wanted new tires for it.

I really don't think these tires are great for either mileage or handling. In fact, the only thing they seemed good for is a comfortable, somewhat quiet ride.

I have them on my 5.0 whipple and they do not grip the road. I live in south Florida andvin the rain my truck is all over the place. They look great and im sure they are good off road but definitely not on the hot payment with a little HP behind them.

Those Toyos are loud as hell above ~45mph.
