Toyo c100 plus on our hatch are really nice tyres. They are just as good in terms of comfort as continental eco contacts. We got 47000kms out of the last set and would've got more if I'd rotated them more.
We fitted Kumho Wattruns to our last Leaf, twice, and have also put them (Ecsta PS71s) on our Polestar2 a few months back. Reasonable performance, great price and good mileage based on the Leaf's first set (>40,000km).

Made in South Korea, and original equipment on Hyundai's and Kia's. I have been using them for years, excellent choice.
I have 35” Toyo open country at3 and they don’t make any noticeable highway noise. The ride is a bit rougher, but my truck doesn’t look like a mail truck any longer. I also ditched my 20” platinum wheels for 17” wheels, not sure how that affects things
The Toyo open county tires from the factory are loud but I was warned about that.
The Phantoms are a decent tire for the price. They're a Discount Tire brand but manufactured by Kumho. I'd personally recommend the Phantom because both tires are fairly equal but those are cheaper. That being said they're both not particularly good. They'll get the job done and that's about it.
730s are pretty disappointing as an autocross tire. They thrive on heat, but it’s hard to get them hot enough that they will work well for autox. They are awful in cold weather.
