Tires Toyo or BFGoodrich

BFGoodrich Tires

BFGOODRICH G-FORCE SPORT COMP-2 XL on a 2005 Cooper S. They’ve been on for 3 years and ~21k miles. Great tire, good wear pattern and I’ve rotated them 2x.

Pros: great tire, good wear
Vehicle: MINI
Mileage: 33796 km

I've been running 35 since I got the new tires (25K miles ago) and they're wearing fantastically and I get 21mpg, so take it with a grain of salt. I don't like high pressure as it makes the ride jarring.

Pros: wearing fantastically, good mpg
Cons: ride jarring
Vehicle: Toyota
Mileage: 40233 km

I've had really good times with my Toyo Observe snow tires on my Audi. I don't really notice the noise from them and they are great in everything but straight ice.

Pros: not noisy, great in snow
Cons: not great on ice
Vehicle: Audi

I also live in the Twin Cities and switched from the stock hankooks to BFG KO2s. Huge difference in the snow. I almost never had to switch into 4wd. Definitely would recommend them for around here.

Pros: huge difference in snow
Vehicle: Ford

I put the same size on my wife's 2014 except Toyo Open Country AT3. Absolutely love them.

The summer comp 2 has been really good in the dry and excellent in the wet in terms of grip and ride, but they fall way short of the Conti DW and the even better Mich PSS in noise. These things sound like altimax winter tires.

Pros: good in dry, excellent wet
Cons: fall short in noise
