Just bought these Vredestein All-season Quatrac Pro+ tires from TireRack based on their research/reviews to replace the summer tires that came on our 2023 i4 RWD. I had never heard of them before but I love them. They actually feel much better to me when driving

Pros: feel much better driving
Vehicle: BMW

I don't think savings should be the main driver to get a Tesla. A lot of things can influence if you save money or not compared to an ICE car. In my case...yes. Insurance costs vary by a ton of factors. Where I live insurance is paid annually and mine is $1500 for a full cover, which is like $125 a month. More than your average ICE car, that pays about $800 yearly. However I've saved money in every other aspect. I have solar so I charge for free. And the only maintenance I've paid were $15 to a local tire shop to rotate my tires and 2 gallons of wiper fluid.

Pros: saved money
Cons: higher insurance

Tesla Tires

The tire and wheel protection already paid for itself. I got a bolt in my tire and they placed a loaner on my vehicle within the hour I call them. Set up a service appointment and had to pay a $25 deductible. Worth it for me.

Pros: paid for itself, fast service
Cons: 25 deductible

Vredestein Tires

I’ve run Vredestein Quatrac Pros and Pro+ on two different cars and loved them. They are fine in snow, obviously not a snow tire but better than stock all seasons. Where they really shine is in the rain. One of the best rain tires out.

Pros: best rain tires

I ended up getting a set of 19" CX70 wheels from a lower trim level for my Turbo S, and bought a set of Vredestein Pinza H/T tires for those rims. Plus, these 19" tires ride so much better than the 21's!!

Pros: better ride
Vehicle: Mazda

I just took delivery of a 26 Model Y Performance. It has 21 inch wheels with rubber bands for tires. It took 6 hours and 100 miles before I hit a pothole and dented the rim and split the tire sidewall. Crap!

Pros: wheel and tire coverage
Cons: rim dented, tire split
Mileage: 161 km

Tires are a joke! I had a flat on a 2026 Juniper model and they gave me a reservation for three weeks out! I went to a discount tire bought their road hazard warranty for three years for $29 a tire done ✅ canceled my Tesla one plus I get faster service

Pros: faster service
Cons: slow service, joke
