Sailun tires are pretty good in general for being off brand. My Jetta had them when I bought it — I put about 45k miles on them before they wore out. And during that time I hit a pothole hard enough to bend the wheel — but the tire survived.

Pros: tire survived pothole
Cons: wore out after 45k
Mileage: 72420 km

Sailun Tires

I was skeptical at first because they were so cheap. But after I did a cross-Canada trip on them I was so impressed by them. They survived nasty potholes. I didn't notice any range loss. Very quiet as well. The grip in wet conditions were far better.

Pros: very quiet, better grip
Cons: cheap

Sailun Tires

They are very grippy on dry (I'm using 205/45/17), steering response is fantastic, very direct. On wet they seem fine, though I'm driving very cautiously on wet.

Pros: very grippy on dry, fantastic steering response
Cons: driving cautiously on wet

You can get new Sailun tires for less than $115each from Big O Tires. They are good tires for the money, basically designed to do exactly what you need. New safe tires that fit a tight budget.

Pros: good tires for money

GENERAL TIRE Tires

The rugged-looking alloy wheels of the prototype, shod in General Grabber A/T Sport tires (275/60R18), sound like a fitting choice for the production model.

Pros: rugged-looking alloy wheels
Vehicle: Honda
Part number: 275/60R18

They hold air, haven't gotten popped, and seem to be holding up better than brand new goodyear wrangler tires and new bf Goodrich tires I've had to buy.

Pros: holding up better
Vehicle: Dodge Avenger
Mileage: 9000 km

GENERAL TIRE Tires

I would take the General all-weather tire over the Toyota in heartbeat... The Celsius II is better than the atrocious OG Celsius but it's still barely better than a Multi-Mile or GT Radial...

Cons: barely better than Multi-Mile

GENERAL TIRE Tires

I bought tires for my model 3. They only lasted me 20K with normal driving. They didn’t handle well in dry condition too. One of the worst tires I bought.

Cons: didn’t handle well, lasted 20K
Mileage: 20000 km
