I highly recommend Pirelli P4 Persist's, they're really good. They'll last a long time and handle well in all sorts of weather, of course you still gotta be careful in heavy rain and snow though.

Pros: last a long time, handle well
Cons: careful in heavy rain

I’ve been on the pirelli scorpions (18”) for two years. Got me through Chicago snows and Orlando heat with minimal noise. No complaints at all.

Pros: minimal noise
Cons: none

Sailun Tires

In my experience, sailun in general is one of the better options if you want to go for very cheap tires.

Cheap tires are almost always bad on bigger sizes or low profile tires but the 195/65/15 I had were doing surprisingly well

Pros: surprisingly well
Cons: cheap tires

in the summer i swap to 22” range wheels with pirelli scorpions and get 2.1 to 2.7 mi/kw. so best case scenario, i’m getting 380.

Pros: better mileage in summer

Finally found the cause of the random jumping and wiggling at speed. Had the wheel & tires balanced 2 times before finally deciding to change the set. The foam padding on the original factory pirelli tires has dislodged and was probably causing uneven balance.

Pros: uneven balance, random jumping
Cons: foam padding dislodged
Mileage: 27000 km

Pirelli Tires

While braking on the big straight away, every single time I was sliding, ABS kicked on, and I had to counter steer, these tires are awful and got scrubbed hard. Imo I was not overdriving though, I didn't skid much, where I did, it was very brief.

Cons: sliding during braking, awful performance
