Tires Pirelli or Falken

I quickly switched to Pirelli P-Zero Nero all season tires and the different was night and day. Much better grip and stopping ability.....and I once took the car through about a foot of unplowed snow and didn't loose grip.

I purchased my set of Falken Wildpeaks A/T trails back in 2020 and since then used them on all sorts of terrain. They handled well, in snow, dirt and rain and on road manners were excellent. My only small complaint was the big drop in fuel economy (22 MPG average.). Well, they've been driven about 38k miles now since my Subaru Forester is used for our family road trips and the tires are down to 2/32nd of tread.

I have a set of Wildpeak AT3/W. They are a excellent tough tire with good tread wear and can handle winter weather. I off road them quite regularly and they are on par with BFG K02.

Paid $341 per tire for my Falken’s about 5 months ago through Tire Rack

+1 on the Pirelli Elect. Went to 18s for my M3P and the tire is super comfortable, quiet, and naturally more efficient.

Replaced with Pirelli Scorpion AS Plus 3. So much better! Smoother and firmer

Needed to replace tires, got Pirelli P7 Plus 3, 225 / 45 R18. Anyone is looking for a quieter ride, I'm really pleased with these tires. Road noise significantly reduced from the Vredestein Quadtrack Pro that came on the car. Very happy with corning, road holding, rain.

I think they’re a little quieter than Pirellis, as my dad has the Pirellis on his and I think his has more road noise.

Anecdotal, but I have Perelli Scorpions on my suv and will never get Perelli again. They wore unevenly and well short or their mileage and Perelli basically gave me the finger when I contacted them about the warranty.
