Tires NITTO or Continental

Proslu godinu u 10tom mjesecu kupio Continental Allseason Contact 2.Za sada izrazito zadovoljan tih par cm snjega kroz zimu u nizini,po mokrom odlicne,buka odlicna po suhome odlicne,super drze cestu.

continental seems nice.

All these responses saying the NT555 G2s suck worry me... cause I just bought a new set for my 2004 GT. And I love them so far...

Continental ExtremeContacts are pretty great as a Summer only option too, at a lower price than the Michelins, IMO.

I’ve been running SRS+ for the last 3 months. Ride and handling are excellent. I prefer them to the Pirellli P Zero All Seasons that came on my Genesis.

Extreme contact Force are awesome 200tw. Just be easy if it’s cold/rain and especially more once the tread starts going away if you track it hard. They last a long time and are priced well.

Another vote for NT01’s, I beat the piss out of them to the cords. Some of the fastest laps me and a couple buddies have are a session before they cord.

NT01's are always my go-to. They aren't as sticky, but man, you can run them to the cords and they still perform.

I've run various versions of the Contis including the EC Sports & DWS 06+. Don't get me wrong, they are fantastic tires, but they do have drawbacks. I don't like how soft the sidewalls are, the tire profile isn't that appealing, tire dressing smears on the sidewalls leaving streaks, and they don't have a treadwear warranty (summer tires). If you are in an area where you are able to run summers year round, there is no reason not to do it other than sacrificing a tiny bit of tread life. Contis also don't seem to balance up as well as some of the other premium brands. I've had more issues with vibrations from Conti tires than I have from some others.

I have Continental tires on my 2024 and they sing on concrete like no other tire I’ve ever heard. I would never get them on purpose.
