i've got about 800+ mi. on a set of Exalto A/S (4 season) on my 4mo wagon and they are a far better tire than the stock Contis (i'll never buy Contis ever again. they NEVER balanced). great cornering and very good in the snow (ok, so it's a 4mo).
I got Michelin Pilot HX MXM 235R45/17 tires on my Eos with Lux. While this is much better than the Goodyear's, I thought it was supposed to have all season tires, not summer tires?
We have this on our Camry ironically enough. They are pretty good tires, I think we have put about 40-50k km on it so far and it still looks to be good. Its great in the rain and decent in the snow.
This is my review of the Michelin Hydroedge tires. For those who have small SUVs, vans and mid/full-size cars this review might be helpful if you are seeking new tires for the family vehicle. They are all-season tires that ride soft, offer a long life-span, safe handling in adverse conditions and emit low road noise. The best thing about these tires besides the longevity is the rainy weather handling. Don't ask how I know...but these REFUSE to hydroplane in even several inch deep water going 40-50mph. You have almost as total control in very wet conditions as you do in dry conditions.
Unfortunately, just the stock Michelin A/S 255-width ones.
The Michelin Pilot Sport PS2s are the most fantastic tires I've ever had on any car. I love them, and will gladly put forth the cash for another set when they finally wear out someday.
Everything appears to fit well. The ride is smooth with the 275 40ZR 19 105 Load Pirelli P-Zero Rosso tires. These are 3-season tires - turn-in is sharper and they are fun on highway on-ramps. The car is more "tossable" and fun to drive
I run 245/40/17 Michelin Pilot sport cups on 17x8" Et 35 rims with stock springs -> no rubbing
from observation running these pilot sports low under 35 psi will create wear on the outter edge of the tire if you have it around 38-37 front and 37-36 rear, your wear will be even
Now for tire noise, my Pirelli P7000 Supersports were quiet as could be. I read some posts about noise on them before buying them and thought "noise, what noise???" Well, after about 10k miles on them, they sound like monster truck tires roaring down the road.
