I got around 20k from my next set of Michelin pilot road 4's and have not run another tire since. Yes they're expensive, but their dollar per mile ratio is incredible and they have fantastic wet weather performance
Michelin road 6s. Not budget but I'm sitting at 10k miles and have probably another 4 to 6k till they need replaced.
I’ve been riding the defenders two plus years in the Reno Tahoe area
I commute on 80 in all kinds of weather especially snow and honestly never had a problem
My Winter set up includes Y rated tires, however they are not a Winter tire per Se. They are all season/ all-weather tires with the 3MPSF severe winter rating.
Get Micheline X Ice North 4 of Nokian. All 3 of our cars have studded tires and we are the only ones with traction through all winter.
Love Michelin PS in any car TBH
I had cross climate twos on my Chevy Bolt in northern Michigan, they were awesome for snow, but definitely hurt my range. I'd consider them again but just know that your range will be affected.
If you’re driving that much I would just go with the Michelin defender 2s. Personally I wouldn’t buy any tires that aren’t Michelin they are by far the best imo
Great ride on my 19 ram. I find they wear prematurely(2 sets)
My experience with the PS4S has not been very good. My PS4Ss blistered after two track weekends: Thunderhill West and Buttonwillow. They just don’t have the sidewall support you need as you speed up.
