eu pe passat b6 am michelin crossclimate 2 all season iar tatal meu tot pe b6 are cauciucuri de iarna, nu stiu marca. nu am observat diferența
Cross climate 2 de vrei 4 ani. Fara plangeri. Opresc bine si pe zapada, ploaie, uscat. Pe gheata sunt mai proaste ca alea de iarna.
I'm here to say that I love the Cross Climate 2 tires. Less noisy, great traction in colder wet or snowy weather. No complaints whatsoever
Just month ego bought a set used Cross Climate (7.2mm traction tread) for 160$ to my EV. i’m living where snow only 1-2 weeks in year and wanna say very good tire for wet ore little bit snowy weather. A little noisy but completely satisfied.
Cross Climate 2 in 225/40R18 size is easily the best tyre i’ve ever driven. We had snow last week and i was able to drive to my street on top of a hill while multiple cars had to park at the bottom, including my dad with Hankook WINTER tires on an SUV. They are also better in wet than Goodyear Eagle F1
We have cross climate agilis on the vans at work, which are RWD so things are a bit more complicated. Generally good tyre, can take a lots of potholes before something will happen to them (lots of country roads). Generally very good grip, but these can get soft when it's very warm in summer, plus in rain it's really easy to spin wheels up when trying to join the traffic faster. Other than that no complains.
As someone who thinks the PS4AS is a great all season tire, you're nuts for replacing the CC2 with it. The winter performance is going to be abysmal in comparison and you're not going to get 50k miles out of them to save your life.
The only time I’ve had any real control issues driving in my forester with Michelin cross climates was heading to the airport to pick up my daughter during freezing rain. Glazed ice everywhere and you couldn’t stop worth a damn.
To add to other comments, I had a Dunlop catastrophically fail going 90 mph, it was my rear wheel and it was a wild ride for 10 secs, I came out fine but my bike took quite a beating
I have them and am not happy with them. I expected better. Poor wet handling and when I take a sharp turn they don’t hug the road - lots of road noise too. I will be switching to pilot sport A/S as it doesn’t snow in downtown Toronto a whole lot. I’m not willing to compromise performance/ handling. Very good for commuters and people who drive in snow and don’t want to do the winter switch over.
