I would choose Michelin AS4s over the Contis if they're available and in your price range. They offer better MPG and ride comfort over the Contis while delivering more grip in the wet and dry. Just an all around better tire, but the Conti is still great albeit a little heavier than Michelin.
I replaced the stock ones on my 21 (@ 35k) with Michelin CC2’s a few weeks ago. My fuel mileage went down by a few MPG but the ride is much smoother and quieter. And I tested them out in the snow and ice today. Well worth the extra money!
Just installed these on my MYP, and I freaking love them. I got 43k on the Michelins, granted I probably went 5k over.
It does great in the snow & ice wearing Blizzaks.
Just put on my Bridgeton blizzaks on our 23 awd. These make a huge difference on ice.
My Cross Sport was ok in the snow but is now great since I put a set of Blizzaks on it. After getting stuck once with stock tires, I got the snow tires and haven’t looked back.
Just drove through a storm and just had Michilen cross climate 2's put on. Both worked amazing.
I've had Michelin PS4S on mine for a bit and love em. Great handling, ride quality, tread life, and reasonably priced for how long they last.
Took the Duratrac off roads off at 20k and replaced with Michelin MS. They were so damn loud.
Ran the blizzaks through 4-6 inches of snow and was barely making it through that. I never had less confidence in the snow than on those WS80 blizzaks. They were almost worse than the Sotozorro 3’s I had on my R two winters ago. Those I’ll excuse those because they were at least OK in the dry, otherwise they were pretty terrible in anything but light snow.
