Yeah my MX5 had Kumo when I got it, and it loved to throw the rear and squeal a bit. Put RE003’s on it when I got a bit of money, holy shit. Suddenly grip monster

Pros: suddenly grip monster
Cons: throw the rear
Vehicle: Mazda

So, back to Kumho I went for my 2017 Passat. This time, I really looked at customer feedback and choose the highest rated ones, the Kumho Majesty 9 Solus line. All season radial. So many people who had Audi, BMW, and Lexus swore by them. Got 'em on with a front end alignment of course. OMG! This is the quietest this car has ever driven. It glides along the road. We can whisper in the car and hear each other.

Pros: quietest ride, glides along
Mileage: 70000 km

Goodyear Tires

I have Goodyear wrangler duratracs and I really like them. I drive on the highway and use it on some crappy skid roads. They work great in deep snow too.

Pros: great in deep snow

Been running these on my JKU for three years now. They tend to get much louder as they age. They're great in snow, but not very good on ice or even wet roads.

Pros: great in snow
Cons: louder as they age
Vehicle: Jeep
