If cost is an issue, the more economical street tire you can get that has solid track performance is the Hankook RS4. They last forever and are a great tire to learn on.

Pros: solid track performance
Cons: economical street tire

Tesla Tires

Used the plan for my rear of my M3P. They replaced the single tire. Car was less than 1 mo old so the others were same depth as new. In fact the 3 original tires that remain are a newer production date than what was replaced.

Pros: saved myself $500
Cons: argue the case

I’m at 220k. About 150k were all pilot sports. The ion evos made an immediate impact in sound and efficiency. These are what I will be going forward with on my vehicles from now on.

Pros: immediate impact in sound and efficiency
Mileage: 150000 km

I’m looking to replace my stock summers (Hankook) with Conti extreme contacts. Does anyone know if I can go with a slightly bigger sidewall while staying with the 19” rim? My ultimate goal is to increase ride quality.

My Hankook only lasted 15,000km. Noise was a bit high compared to my DWS06+, but they had really good grip.

Pros: really good grip
Cons: noise was a bit high
Mileage: 15000 km

Hankook Tires

I have that exact car and it came with those Hankooks. They’re just junk tires. Mine lasted 30k miles and the tread ripped off one of them.

Cons: junk tires, tread ripped off
Vehicle: Audi A4
Mileage: 48280 km
