Got a set of five oversized Faulken Wildpeak AT3s for my wife’s Jeep Wrangler at our local independently owned tire shop for $950 (mounted, balanced, old tire disposal all included).
I own a set of Falken Eurowinter HS02 Pro exactly for the reasons you mentioned - cold weather but with barely any snow on the roads, and they’ve been amazing. On dry and wet they don’t feel like a winter tyre at all, also really quiet and comfortable.
Wildpeak AT Trails shortly after buying it. Much better than oem but wish I'd gone with the scorpions bc I ended up not going to slow or offroad nearly as much as I thought. They look so cool though.
Falken ziex ze320 , Economical price, premium quality
Got a set of the veteran Falken Azenis RT615K+ in 245/40R18 on superspeed wheel 18x9. Just installed today!
A lot of people say they last longer than others!
Falcon Wildpeaks are terrific tires. I have them on my Ram 1500. They do great in the winter. I’m almost at 120k and they are still good for tread for a while. I’ll be getting another set for my Ram when the time comes.
I have 275 AT4 on my 22, they look awesome and rub at full loco reverse driver side only after trimming. What I don’t like about them is they wobble at 50-60 until they warm up. I’ve had them balanced 3 times and it just is what it is at this point. I like them a lot otherwise m
I had Wildpeaks for about 40k miles. They got pretty loud after 20k miles or so. I wasn’t super impressed with them in snow.
40k is a pretty good run for the OE Falkens. I recently replaced the same OE tires on my Crosstrek at 24k. They had been already performing poorly in the wet for a while.
