To your comment about the GITI tires...my 2019 SE came with them. I've put about 2k miles on the car so far. I have always been a bit of a tire snob, changing OE tires for higher grade ones rather quickly. But I have to admit that these OE tires have really surprised me. They're quiet, smooth, and do the job a small SUV needs. Now, I'll still probably go with a different company when these wear out, but for now I'm satisfied.

Pros: quiet, smooth, do the job
Mileage: 3218 km

I had the Falken Azenis on my S, I liked them. Great value summer tire and I don’t need no stinking snow grip here in Phoenix.

Pros: great value, summer tire

What a relief! Thanks to your chart, I see that I won't need to fork $329 per tire to replace the MICHELIN PILOT SPORT 4S mounted on my Model 3 Performance. It looks like the AZENIS FK510 will do the same job for a bit more than half the price of the Michelin!

Pros: cheaper than Michelin

I got falken sincera tires for my 15 fit and 13 Yaris. No issuues and they were cheap and high mileage rated. I recall on my Yaris they took a little getting used to as the sidewalls seemed to have more play but with the Honda they felt just like the ones that came new with my car.

Pros: cheap, high mileage rated
Cons: sidewalls seemed to have play
Vehicle: Honda Fit

Giti Tires

We've had significant amounts of rain here in the Denver area with lots of standing water. So far, so good with the Gitis resistance to hydroplaning. No major complaints on these tires having logged about 7K miles in 3 months.

Pros: good hydroplaning resistance
Cons: no major complaints
Mileage: 7000 km

I'd use the OEM Falken Sincera’s. This is because I read this review: "So far I have had no flats or problems with the OEM Falken Sincera’s other than being a bit noisy. They have done ok in the DC area weather where we get little snow and I think 40K for tread wear isn’t too bad."

Pros: no flats, ok weather
Cons: a bit noisy
Mileage: 40000 km

I had minor concerns about these "Giti" tires but they remind me of the Continental Pro Contacts on previous VW's. Handling, noise, traction are all decent for an OEM tire.

Pros: decent handling, decent traction
Cons: funny name

meh.. the falkens can really get you in trouble in rain if you're not carefull. yes they provide alot of grip in the rain, but they'll breakaway (lose grip) with little to no warning unlike the goodyear eagle F1's which were pretty gradual.

Pros: alot of grip in rain
Cons: breakaway with no warning

Falken ZIEX 912 is the most over hyped tire I've ever had the misfortune of having mounted to my vehicle. Useless in the rain, greasy in the cold and noisy as hell as they begin to wear.

Pros: none
Cons: useless in rain, noisy
