I’m running BFG KO2s and I like them so far. I wish I would have waited for the KO3s to come out is my only regret, but they seem to be holding up well. I ran Yokohamas ATs for years, and my brother convinced me to upgrade to BFGs this last time.
I Run the KO3. They are really quiet and comfortable on highway and great off road. They have lasted me a while so far.
I have Falken Wildpeaks on 2 vehicles and love them. The KO3s are stiffer so you will have worse road feel on regular roads but better performance off road.
Vermonter here. I have a set of K03 on my Tundra. So far they’re a good winter tire. 4x4 is still a must with any winter travel but I can drive through just about anything.
I have same truck but 2017. I ended up with the BFG Trail-Terrains T/A from Costco on sale. They've been good all-rounders between longer highway miles but also on dirt and in snow.
I have ran Falken Wildpeaks, BFG AT, and Pirelli Scorpion across a few different jeeps and trucks. I like the Wildpeaks the best. Scorpions were too loud and BFG were fine, no real issues.
I’m on my second set of falken wildpeaks at/4. I like them but I’ll be moving over to the wildpeak h/t02 as I’m not doing as much off roading as I used to .
12/30/25: Discount Tire- Falken WildPeak AT3W warranty replacements due to out of round with 4270 miles - replaced with WildPeak AT4Ws (2) - Road forced balanced FL- 8lbs with .75 inner left… FR 11lbs with 1.0 inner left - OOR AT3Ws 55lbs could not balance correctly- 50-60mph shake not present as of now
- avoid the willys, stock tires are LOUD (falken mt)
I’ve ran the Falken Wildpeak M/Ts (315/75/16) for over a year now… love the look BUT I am about sick and tired of them. I like to overland & I do like to go to the snow often, which I have learned the hard way that these tires are not great for winter conditions. They are horrendously loud, cause a ton vibrations & are super heavy.
