Continental Viking Contact 8 is leading the reviews this year. Having recently run Blizzaks amd R5's I can say they are my favoueite, just because they aren't a squirrely nightmare when it warms up (Blizzaks) and I can't draw many differences to the R5's, except for the massive difference in cost.
Uk here but up in the hills so get more snow than most. My goto is continental wintercontacts. Currently on ts870 on my My2000 jaguar xj8 4.0 sovereign
If di namam nag ooffroad the Bridgestone All Terrains are pretty good, not noisy, not matagtag.
The one key point i will make - 4-wheel drive is irrelevant without the right tires. ive had M/S tires on a big vehicle and the difference between those and Blizzaks in tahoe snow was night and day.
Bridgestone Blizzak, spustanje sa planine po zavejanom putu + voznja zavejanim autoputem. Prezadovoljan, sve vreme potpuno kontrola auta.
Continental all season contact 2. Bez ikakvih problema, normlana voženja.
I put Continental ExtremeContact DWS06 Plus on my ND1 and they are great for sporty daily driving
I run the Discount Tireequivalent of the control\u00a0Contact sport all season on my scion XB daily. Quite as hard as ever put on that car, which has a lot of road noise. Sticks very well in the rain and heat, but I can\u2019t attest to snow as cited above. They did wear a lot faster than their rated mileage so I got money back on the mileage warranty when I put on a new set recently.
Those tires are mediocre to begin with, Toyota owners have complained about those bridgestones for over a decade now. The 2015+ Camry had those equipped, many reported shitty wear. It's a basic tire that's made for a smoother ride but definitely not made for longevity.
Those tires wear out fast. I lost 2mm of tread on all tires in 3800km. Window sticker says they only last 20000miles.
