With the Arteon, and some pretty sporty driving, I am about to replace all 4 tires on Wednesday, with around 32,000 miles - the fronts are right at the wear bars and the backs still have a touch more

Pros: quite good, wear nicely

Cons: wear bars

I really like my 195/55R15 Achilles ATR Sports. They wear relatively quickly (within 30k-40k miles), but man they're great tires for the money. I've never had an issue with them in the rain either.

Pros: great tires for money

last year I went with Continental VikingContact 7 on the new car. They are pretty good for studless

I bought the Continental VikingContact 7 for my Rav4 back in 2019, and have been very happy with them. They were also cheaper than the Michelin or Nokian.

Pros: very happy

Cons: cheaper than Michelin/Nokian

I'll be running the same Continental Winter Contact SI on the explorer. They did fine last year for me.

I did go with the Conti DWS initially. Hated the noise they made (see my post earlier). I like the P-Zero much better.
