Tires BRIDGESTONE or DUNLOP

BRIDGESTONE Tires

Was running the Firehawk Indy 500s for the past few seasons. No complaints, great summer tire. Switched to the new Potenza Sport AS tire from Bridgestone, so far so good. Less bite then the Indy's but I'm liking them, good all around performance.

Pros: good all around performance
Cons: less bite
Vehicle: Mazda 6

Put these on for the first time after running potenza since new; honestly it’s like having a new car. They are the perfect road tyre for this car.

Pros: like having a new car
Vehicle: Volkswagen

I went with Bridgestone Potenza Sport AS, as I got too good of a deal to pass up, and have been very happy with them so far!

Pros: very happy so far

BRIDGESTONE Tires

From a consumer preference side, they are probably the only brand that has the same level of reputation as Michelin. Also, they are consistently the top performing tire supplier in the ultra competitive Super GT, often ahead of Michelin teams.

Pros: top performing tire supplier

Horrible. 7500 miles on the OEM tires. Replaced them with Cross Climate 2’s.

DUNLOP Tires

Old post but I’ll chime in. I’m currently running them on a ninja 400 and I don’t like them. I ride hard and ride at the track. These step out all the time and are not confidence inspiring. I’ve lost the rear a couple of times at heavy lean and nearly lost the front today (saved them all). They don’t warm up quickly either.

Cons: step out all the time
