I run 4 chinese tires on my frontier, the 4 are the price of 1 bfgoodrich km3, i have 6000 miles on them, and heavy offroad (airing down to 5 psi, sand dunes, mud, rocks) and they blew my mind, how cheap and good they are.
K02s are great tires. Quiet on road and good in mud and excellent in snow.
K02’s I’ve had went well over 50k, pretty much all I’ll buy now bc I couldn’t find anything wrong with them.
I have bfg ko2, very little if any road noise
You might want to dial it back to a milder AT tire like the BFG Trail Terrains that I also have on my current ride. They track well, are quiet and smooth.
I got BFG Comp 5's (?) on my 350 RWD '07. They're great, my traction control is always off too and I don't think I've ever broken traction unintentionally.
I prefer my Wildpeaks but KO2s are a solid #2
I have a suburban and a Tahoe, I went with KO2 on both first but they suck in wet weather. Highway speeds and flash flood rains those tires are all over the road, and are noisy. They are great off-road and have taken them through rough terrain that took chunks off the sidewalk and never had a puncture and they last forever. I am now running the AT3w they are quieter on the road, perform better in wet weather. And they still perform well offroad.
Tires don't do that crap BF Goodrich. The car rides great, if it has quality tires.
K02’s have never given me a problem. Switched to Toyo ATII’s once and hated them.
