Goodyear Tires

Goodyear Eagle F1 Allseasons

They were the best summer tires I've had. They were the best winter tires I had.

Pros: best summer tires
Cons: best winter tires

BFGoodrich Tires

In the early years (1998-99), it ran simple bolt-ons (intake, exhaust, header, no cat, software, pulleys, ac delete, LSD), but that's about it. The car did struggle on the top end grunt sometimes, but the torque was definitely there coming out of the corners...

Pros: torque was definitely there
Cons: struggled on the top end

Rating 4.0

Goodyear Eagle GT, 235/40-18 Rides rough, not too bad noise wise, handles great on dry and wet. Gives good feedback and confidence in corners. I've got about 19k miles on them now, they still have about 30 to 40% tread left. I'm an aggressive driver.

Pros: handles great, good feedback
Cons: rides rough
Mileage: 19000 km

I'm running the same tires I always have -- the ones that came stock on the car -- goodyear eagle F1s -- that I have loved forever and never had problems with...

Pros: loved forever
Cons: uneven tread wear
Vehicle: Volkswagen
Mileage: 30000 km

I have the GoodYear FuelMax on my Volt. Not the worst tires I've ever had, but not great. Very quick to break loose on a highway ramp.

Pros: not the worst
Cons: quick to break loose
