Spark plug NGK or Champion
After changing: Idles better and more consistent at 700~800 rpm range. Car drives smoother? Changing spark plugs made it visibly better.
NGKs are my go to’s
I've run Denso and NGK on E85 for 10k+ miles and numerous track days, with zero issues.
Holy shit - $75 spark plugs? I think my Honda plugs cost like $5 a pop for NGK iridium
Also, you should probably go with NGK spark plugs because if you put Bosch ones that are made in China/Russia you are going to have a baaaad time
Some of those markups are insane. I can get NGK laser iridium plugs for less than $70.
At 85k I swapped to NGK Iridium Ix plugs on my 2019 civic with the 2.0na and I swear it added at least 20% response. Makes me wish I would have gotten it with a manual cause it would be so much more fun to drive around town. Also got a few more MPG
Champion are ok if you change them every 2000 miles, otherwise they tend to loosen up at the terminal and you end up having to retighten them on a rigid mount Harley every 500 miles or so.
Post inspection they mentioned that the spark plugs have gone faulty and was firing properly. They installed the new spark plugs.\n\nThe issue here is, I have driven cars for 10-15k without changing spark plugs and this is a new car from showroom which had bad spark plugs, also looks rusted, which was unexpected.
I bought a NGK №6 4-pack for 20$ at local parts shop, After the replacement, engine problems began: loss of power, misfires, and severe vibration.
